AI Through The Looking Glass A two-part examination of the application of principles in neuroscience to the development of techniques in artificial intelligence.
Interact/Feedback This prototype for an art installation uses sensors to play with notions of distanced feedback, and how it may act as a stimulus for an action. The project examines an indiscernible state of cause and effect with the use radio signals between two BBC micro:bits.
human learning <machine> is an informational website co-created with Jihye Woo and Michael Lim that aims to demystify the topic of machine learning for anyone--novice to professional--curious about the subject and its wider implications for human life, and in the larger field of artificial intelligence.

Colors in Art - The Database In the wake of social distancing measures, the need for the GLAM and cultural heritage communities to craft meaningful digital experiences for patrons has increased. Colors in Art proposes the first step in transforming images within a digital collection into a novel experience—a database that serves as a timeline of color.
Usability Study for the Empire Clean Cities Website As a part of a team of four interdisciplinary UX Consultants from The Center for Digital Experiences, we designed tasks for a remote moderated user test, conducted these tests, performed data analysis, and presented our findings to our client, the environmental not-for-profit, Empire Clean Cities in the spring of 2020.
Temperature Anomalies and Greenhouse Gases I believe that all life on our planet is interconnected and should be cherished. Yet, also like many others, without an actual understanding of what environmental changes brought us to this point, it is difficult to comprehend the significance of things like Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)’s 2018 Special Report on Global Warming of 1.5ºC (1.5ºF), the Paris Agreement, and the United States’ notice of withdrawal from the Paris Agreement in November 2019. Thankfully, data visualization provides us with a great means of embodying information while looking for insights.
